When my web guy told me I needed a bio, I said I did not know where to start. He said I should begin with a quote that sums up my love of accounting and what I do for my clients, so here goes:
“If you don’t know where your going, you are certain to end up somewhere else” – Yogi Barra
Over the years I have helped clients with a wide array of tax and business problems. From my manufacturing client who was going out of business due to very high workers compensation rates, to the client who had an IRS audit on his payroll taxes and through tax law research was able to avoid the Trust Fund Penalty of $ 98,000.
My practice is dedicated to helping find solutions to people’s tax and financial issues. The flip side of my CPA coin is providing tax and business consulting services.
I am active in the business community serving as a board member for the local Chamber of Commerce and working with senior citizen groups to keep their financial health.
I bring to my clients 33 years of tax, accounting and business experience and the ability to listen and bring ideas to the table to serve up solutions to meet their needs. Teamwork is the key to a sucessful business relationships and I become part of your team, working with your other advisors to help you meet your goals.
I was born and educated in Philadelphia and graduated from Philadelphia University. I earned my first CPA license in Pennsyvania in 1980 and added my California license when I moved to Los Angeles a few years later. I have spent my professional life in public accounting because I enjoy working with people and helping them solve tax and accounting issues. I very much would love to work with you!
